Wednesday, 21 November 2018 – Robotic technology company FBR Limited (ASX:FBR) (‘FBR’ or ‘the Company’) is pleased to provide the Chairman’s Address given at the Annual General Meeting at the Whiteley Ballroom at the Amora Hotel Jamison Sydney, 11 Jamison Street, Sydney NSW 2000.This has been a transformative year for FBR.We completed mechanical assembly of the world’s first Hadrian X construction robot, and successfully achieved our milestone to build a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house using the Hadrian X earlier this month.Our progress to date would not have been possible without the effort and dedication of our team, and to be at this point after years of hard work is exciting for everyone involved in the project. We are very much looking forward to demonstrating our technology to the world and our commercial partners over the coming months.As you will be aware, following our EGM in August, we also completed a rebrand and changed our name from Fastbrick Robotics Limited to FBR Limited, reflecting our growth into a global technology developer with a core technology that has a range of applications far beyond bricklaying. We are beginning to explore some of those applications now, ensuring that we have a pipeline of new technology developments well into the future.During the year, we have strived to better understand the key drivers for our target markets and to provide definition around the potential size of the Hadrian X global addressable market. Currently we are assessing the commercialisation strategy for the Hadrian X.Further, the additions to the Executive team and recent refresh of the Board have positioned the Company with the necessary human capital for success over this critical phase of development.We are at a crucial stage in the Company’s journey and thank you for your support.
