Nobody is financing jack s.... prior to the refinery being approved. The mine is worthless without it. Anyone seriously think that'll happen in the next 7 months? Haven't even submitted the first edition let alone the inevitable 2nd.
SP this morning says the market has no confidence in PB or his term sheet under discussion, or this starting up in the next 12 months.
Will be a buy come June maybe.
