If we get government approval, and if Noble sign, and if Noble refinance and stay solvent, and if Noble do give us the $500k upfront, and if our quarterly costs are lower than projected and if all that happens in the next month then we can avoid a CR.
Pershonally I'd give us.... One chance in three.
