Someone's been tiptoeing around the buy queue lately and quietly making a significant addition to their holding.
Unless you're watching closely as I am, it would largely go unnoticed.

It means that someone with a decent sized wallet, is using the current "risk off" environment and negative sentiment, to load up.
I like it when that happens as 'money' often gets it right......if you know what I mean.
