    I am surprised you say that @Ted1950 after our common experience elsewhere, where the BoD changed what is (or wasn't) under the ground from one announcement to the other. Remember, in a spec stock it is all about the perception and I gather every spec mining company director's strategy 101 is to milk that to their own pocket's advantage.
