I doubt they will give much detail. It wouldn't help them in price negotiations for investments they are looking to sell.
Anyway, ALC management I believe have said that they are working on an exit for Blue Sky. So if they succeed, the last black cloud will have lifted.
Hard to see what else is holding us back.
