OK. Here is my view.I think the Rem Plan will get its 2nd strike, I am not sure about the Spill resolution. Even a 2nd strike will cause reputational damage to PDF and the current incumbents for any fund raising in the future as institutionals don't like seeing that sort of unrest in a company they are being asked to provide capital to.
As for the other resolutions, I think they are a 50:50.
