Guys you are right. There are always trolls and negative people around and the best way to deal with them is to ignore them. The worst thing you can do is to respond and engage with them as you are never going to overcome their virulent and caustic negativity or change their mind and, even worse, you give them oxygen by engaging. As much as sometimes you want to respond and "put them in their place", it is both a waste of time and energy and more importantly feeds their pathetic egos - because they have got the reaction they were looking and hoping for. Sometimes "Silence is Golden"!!!!
