VIC AGM Voting "No" for Resolution 2; T Clee Re-election, page-12

Guidance in voting please ?

Apart from the obvious voting Mr. Clee out, how should I be voting on the other 6 resolutions here guys ? I didn't think Mathew Perrot needs booting out does he ? and as for the other 5 resolutions I don't really know enough about them to vote on them with confidence.
Any help here would be appreciated. Please forgive my lack of knowledge on this subject....I'm learning as I go along, hence I am asking for any guidance the more experienced investors here may have.
