I was the lady that asked most of the questions. There is no doubt there are a lot of deficiencies that need attention.  Certainly the skin in the game is a big one from a governance point of view (I suggested given the low share price, they jump in), the NOM (deleting resolution 4 - unusual), not showing the proxies on the screen (who can take in numbers when read out so quickly) and the large debt.  I don't normally post on hotcopper but thought I should share my views.  Nevertheless I intend to watch and wait for the time being.
