I know that that you posted. But did these people heal because they knew that they were now on a new "great" product?
The people you are referring to are classed as Margolis 2, and the company identified that this group were too unlikely to respond (despite what was seen before). So they specifically targeted Margolis 1, who appeared to respond best when they broke down their figures.
Maybe therein lies the error.
