Interview with Christoph Frey, page-4

Here's a really interesting article from Bloomberg about China and their carrot and stick method to force manufacturers to adopt and sell EV's into the Chinese market from 2019. 

I mention it here because we all know Mr Frey is the brains behind EcoGraf and i'm betting this recent decision will have implications for EcoGraf and the speed which it is adopted. 

Was it on the 5/12 we get the updated figures? I wonder if this move from China will change analysis, and by how much? It looks like EV's will be adopted quicker (by China at least) than anyone expected.
