Agree, this is going to be a private company in which shares are useless. The major holder will dictate the moves. Moves that will be in their favour, not the minor share holders.
Minor share holders will be left with worthless CDI's that you wont even be able use to use as a tax loss.
Our only hope is to keep BLY in Aust.and on the ASX.
