amazing to think the sp has risen 50% since this report was released. given it was an underwhelming report i wouldnt have predicted it and wouldnt have blamed some for selling if they didnt believe phase 2 was imminent.

i feel sorry those that did sell. its risen consistently since then. patience and time in the market usually wins out but trying to predict sp’s is a fools errand.

anyway its good that we are back closer to fair value although still undervalued and i still wouldnt consider selling any of my long held shares anytime soon.
