I think Sooth was commenting on remuneration & from what I can work out on the 2018 report  (happy to be corrected if I am wrong & not meaning to insult any of you as I'm sure you can all read it in the Annual Report - PAGE 13)

TR as MD had a remuneration increase from 2017 to 2018 of $93,552, including a $100,000 cash bonus.  24.6% were share based payments. Combined total of all payments $640,902. Total excluding Super & share based payments $458,250

BD as the Company Secretary from 2017 to 2018 remuneration increased by $33,390, including $45,960 as a cash bonus. 33.4% were share based payments. Combined total of all payments $325,035 Total excluding Super & share based payments $214,680

So between the two highest paid key management personnel at the companybeing the MD and the Company Secretary according to the 2018 Annual Report

    Total Remuneration = $965,937
Total excluding share based payments = $697,932
Total Share based payments = $268,005

I wont comment on whether that is consistent with industry standards as this is not my skill set.  I guess we all will vote according to our own individual views of whether one believes that the company is progressing or not. My comment is that I went to an O&G company AGM recently. This company had been in the doldrums regarding share price for many years until 2018, but the management personnel had outlined key pathway to progression for exploration and then followed small discoveries then a bigger discovery which led to the share price multiplying many times - maybe that was luck maybe that was good management. Anyway, I really hope the same occurs for AZS. On the other hand, I did see an MD in a different company many years ago live a very lavish lifestyle & as of 2018 that company was re-packaged by the liquidators and now trades under a different name (& I had turned 30k into nothing but experience = DYOR)

Good Luck to all of you.
