What they need to do is pay $10-50M license renewal fee to extend their tenure as compensation for taking so long to develop the project.
You can call it what you want but money solves all problems.
Taking things to court is a no win solution. Only winners are the lawyers.
An arbitration will mean WLNG is gonna miss the china gas demand boom.
