I have begun to wonder what, if any, hand AL Capital had in this recent director buying. ALC is due for a board seat and they may - i only say may because it is pure speculation - may have expressed their disappointment in the share price performance since their purchase. But they may have not.

I do however see increased risks as a result of the placement. A single large holder is as much a blessing as it is a curse because you are and will always be beholden to them. A single large private holder increases these risks because their interests and influences are subject to so many variables.
