One thing you cannot prove is that SOI is (a) dubious (b)ineffective.
The proof is the Chinese spending a minimum of 30 million on the stuff. The chinese are the last people on earth to spend a dime on anything unless they are convinced. I watch them count the lettuce leaves on my salad sandwich every day. Very Prudent People.
