Hi Dixie........... Agree, but I would think that if they survive res. 1, 2 & 5 then a 249D would be a waste of time? If res 5 is passed then the way I understand it, the new guys can nominate.
I am sure that @Purpose can elaborate, without giving away any potential strategy?
