I suspect he cannot dismiss the board that hired him. I agree he is doing a good job and I still believe the results of the drilling program have been quite good to date. However, we should not blame Dix or the board for the failure of shareholders to support the CR. The response was very poor and those that failed to contribute (most shareholders) will likely lose more in the long run than if they had contributed to the CR.
