Just because the offer values the target at $x, it doesn’t mean Bill or the Board have ascribed the same proportional value to our whole enterprise. It’s insane that you think that. Do the complexities of strategy and negotiation tactics eascape you in your consulting work, Esh? Surely you’ve had some experience negotiating something before?
I just looked at your darling RSG. Honest words: I’m buying RSG on open as there’s no way someone as bright as you can be as wrong on his bullish calls as he is on his bearish calls. You must get it right in one direction. I’m betting you’re good with the bull calls. Sold.
