Arrogance and disdain for smaller shareholders is never a good attitude for an MD to have. It's one thing to listen to Rob Tyson when he's addressing a conference audience - he tends to impress with his well practiced and restrained tone. In contrast though, for those who care to ring him up and try and hold him to account for the share price performance and the countless missed deadlines, you may encounter (as I have) a more arrogant individual.
It's time for him to go along with the rest of the Board.
