Turps we both have or had a portfolio that includes a low dose pain patch badly needed by the world, ready to present to the FDA in a month from now. We also have an injectable with the worlds most used anaesthetic Propofol in "developement" with Terumo and to state the bleeding obvious,as we know both huge markets.Can POH  survive long enough. They are the rabbits we are both hoping wont get shot.
SIAC, the Asian version of Swiss arbitration takes 12 months to deliver a negative decision interspersed with updates that don`t arrive for weeks after POH being told on 4th. September that we should expect the draft award SHORTLY. What a joke!!!!! Yes we lost and really hard to handle that but to me in this instance, September to mid November....3 MONTHS to finally deliver the result IS A COMPLETE FARCE SIAC!!!!!
