    Can anyone shed some light on the JV agreement with Lomhara Tech Ltd and why they would be wanting to share the metallurgical costs? i.e what's in it for them? Is it an earn in? will they also own the propriety extraction technique? etc etc. Unless I have missed all this information somewhere?.

    "Lomhara Tech Ltd has now commenced contributing on a 50/50 basis to the metallurgicalevaluation costs being incurred by BBX at the Marcelo da Silva Pinto M.E. facility underthe JV agreement with BBX."

    Very little information out there on Lomhara Tech Ltd, other than they have been supposedly working on solving the same mystery. There appears very little information about this JV arrangement and how it effects the business and shareholders if they achieve a commercial extraction technique.
