I suppose that as long as it is tied up in the courts, drilling is not happening. Could this be the objective of Nifty/Newcrest? Don't want CWX to become too valuable and remain a cheap takeover target?
p.s I realise that this is in the realm of "pie in the sky" but stranger things have happened!
