Mak a CR !!! It would appear that the arbitrator was of the opinion that Phosphagenics had no equity in tpm / dapto. I repeat TPM /dapto . Did Mylan convince the arbitrator that tpm was not novel , just another tocopherol phosphate?
Generic science with unsupported claims of been unique ?
Its would have been difficult for Corrs if they hadn't been briefed on claims made in public by the likes of Prof' Behrenbruch etc . Trying to prosecute a tech ' claim , not for the fainthearted.
