With all the buying from directors over the last two years, the shares are almost at there lowest point in 2 years currently. One can conclude that the directors that bought are considerably underwater, and with the significant amount bought by directors, imagine if the directors hadn't have bought, how much more underwater would have the share price been. Directors buying makes the uneducated some times buy shares because they believe falsely that directors buying must mean the share price is low, when it's the exact opposite, the shares are being propped up
