I don't think the issue will be buying them out.
I think the issue will be OZL getting a bigger interest e.g. going to 85% if CZI have trouble raising the capital for their share plant. It won't be that much of an issue. Directors will shop the project about to see what they can maximize and do the best deal they (we) can.
If you guy's think it's a lay down mizere (ªnow wait till that time. IMVHO
