So I take it that Georg E is a lawyer for the water association?

Yes, Prof Dr. G. Eisenberger is involved. All that was in my posted link. I never hide good or bad news. He is a real expert in the requirements for the construction of shopping centers so not worried at all. This is what lawyers do for a living..........
