I have read again the latest announcement on JDR's proposed acquistion of Austrian lithium exploration licences from Exchange Minerals Limited.
It appears from the announcement that the appointment of Mr Steve Dellidis may be have been made a condition by Exchange Minerals Limited.
"
The Acquisition is subject to a number of conditions precedent: . . .
Mr Martin Pawlitschek resigning from and Mr Steve Dellidis being appoint [sic] to the Jadar Board. . . . Mr Steve Dellidis will be appointed on completion of the Acquisition."
So what is Exchange Minerals Limited? Its home page is virtually empty of detail but full of bombast.

Up to 2016 (when the last accounts are available) there is no Steve Dellidis among the list of directors at

The lives of their directors seem remarkably erratic. See also the list of resignations at

I trust that our company JDR is doing a deal with a ridgey didge company.
I also trust that shareholders will be told the merits of Mr Steve Dellidis.
