The firm does not have the money to do a share buy-back. I dont think any bank would lend them money in the current scenario, in fact if they were to write-off their intangibles then that would wipe-off the entire equity.This is now getting serious and most likely there will be a significant SP fall when this next comes out of trading halt.
No auditor would hold a press conference - Not worth the risk.
