In the letter of intent, Shenghe declares that it intends to acquire the total production of rare earths from the Kuannaersuit project. This has to be done at a price that is applicable in international markets.
At the same time, Shenghe is prepared to assist in the marketing and sale of rare earths, if there are still some that the company does not buy.
Shenghe and GML will now negotiate a binding agreement on this in place.
