Friendly Takeover - Please Clarify ..., page-10

...today Great Panther Silver Ltd (GPL) is trading below 60c and it looks like it will drop below 50c very soon....Market Cap is now only $ 101.767M and if each Beadell ordinary share will be exchanged for 0.0619 shares of Great Panther than Beadell shareholders will get peanuts. Currently this transaction does not make any sense....I do not see how this transaction can get the Independent Expert and the Court approval....
