Not sure where Tribeca think U has doubled ... far from it. It will, however, and then some. It'll just take time.
From the CCJ CC a transcript was produced. I haven't read the whole thing yet (thanks fightinggreed) but this excerpt was insightful, IMO:
There is no way, IMO, that PDN is not currently being sized up by the Chinese for a TO offer. I also think that this will be one of the first low-hanging fruit that China Inc, via either CGN or CNNC, target.
