Speaking in general terms, does anyone know if it's the case that ASX can, and does, report companies to ASIC?

I too thought MED was sailing close to the wind in their recent replies relating to their loan to AXIS.

Anyway, ASX is still dissatisfied and wants more.

One particularly aggravating and unnecessary needling of ASX was MED's behaviour in response to ASX's specific request that the replies should have a signature: "Please have an authorised officer of MED sign MED's letter in response."

There was no signature!
