Just spent a half hour talking to a mate who works at Maules creek. Staff team culture is non existent . Middle management changing all the time & employees are all pissed off. Not happy to even go to work which is not good for any company. I have lived near these mines for decades & the present workforce culture is at an all time low. One wonders if those at the top even give a stuff. Not down ramping or anything else but questions need to be asked as this company could do a whole lot better with decent team leadership.
