Not so many vanadium choice in ASX now. TMT and AVL are similar in mine. AVL have more than 1billion shares on issue. Short term institution will never touch it and the price will only increase if TMT lead its way. Let's focus on one and push the price up to attract investor into this sector. All vanadium stock will be benefit from this. This sector need a star. TMT will be the one.

Please note there is no point to build two processing plant for AVL and TMT. If one company built the processing plant the other one can just do crushing to get the concentrate and DSO the product to other company. It will be more efficient and less costly.
