I don't think the picture is as rosy as you paint it without Billis. I doubt EVN would be interested or many others.

If all the shares end up getting vested because of non-compliance they go into the hands of the investment bank scum and stockbrokers who will do whatever they please with them. They won't be able to sell them all on market like the idiots at the takeover panel naively believe so they will be given away in cosy deals to the people lurking behind the scenes. The small shareholders aren't going to be looked after in this process they will be decimated by the investment bankers and broker scum that are trying to steal the shares with our own government's assistance.

It looks like some fight has begun as Rand has asked the panel to review its orders and they are stayed while the panel decides if it will convene to look at Rand's application.

Anton if you are listening get this into the Federal court and lift the lid on the people who are doing this and their motivations to steal the shares and the company you have built from under you. Get your lawyer to see if there is a case to argue for improper use of the takeover panels powers. After all a guy with supposedly only 1 million out of 50 million shares is about to hand over the company to investment bankers and stockbrokers to do whatever they like with. How is this possible when you built the company brick by brick over 30 years for us shareholders. Fight them all the way even if you have to hold this thing up in court until the gold runs out a Kundana. That should teach the scum. Esh
