Definitely great to formalise. It makes commercial sense and I expected SMS to offering product guarantees for TIVAN but SMS submitting an EPC proposal for the entire project certainly wasn't the direction I assumed management were taking. I've been let down a few times in the past but for now I see this as an extremely positive move and no doubt linked to financing discussions.
