    I could concede that at 8c, the options do seem to be a gift. But, unless the BoD knows differently, actual received revenue is what counts to push up the share price long term.

    Regulatory approval is a pre requisite, but sales are not guaranteed, nor is the share price.
    No-one has a crystal ball.
