Taking the time and reading the Notice of Annual General Meeting in every detail is absolutely essential to arrive at a fair judgement.
I expressed initially some concerns after just flying over the numbers of the notice but changed my mind considerable after studying in details the matters stated in the explanatory notes and found the conclusions fair and just.
I am impressed by the performence of our board over the last months and it's achievments and voted for all the resolution to be adopted.
Still disapointed at the current SP, but cannot see that it will stay were it is now! Can only be the way up!
