Spoken like a true bagholder.
If the company's business model/strategy and management are in question or broken, why would you hold on and/or average down to "minimise' the loss? There is a great risk you'd compound losses further jsut as much maybe reduce them if the stock has a sympathy bounce.
This is classic loss aversion behaviour that can manifest other behaviours that impact investing. If it were me, I'd move on from the broken stock (less losses from hoping) to one that isn't and more likely to make money (positive fundamentals on forward basis).
