Excellent Post Nanday. It does put a lot of things in to perspective.

I think where a lot of the grumbling comes from (Mine included) is the way the ramp up has been managed. RS has been the least pro active manager of a new project that I have ever seen. The guy is great at making up excuses for not getting the job done, but poor about thinking ahead to alleviate potential issues before they develop. I always thought that it was managements job to stop problems from happening, not just dealing with them once they happen.
