i'm curious to know why when they said they had all the permits for drilling, they hadn't considered the fact with the delays they'd most likely be drilling through Winter.

Whilst exploration is speculatative, you'd think they'd be having plans and contingencies around delays. They made a good call building an all weather road. Why for winter and reducing operational costs. Yet, they hadn't got the permit for winter drilling. 

Given channel sampling was completed, you'd also like to think all samples have been received by the labs. Yet i see the results trickling out over November and December and so i don't see drilling this side of Christmas and to this end, that is a miss in the objectives of this year. Without drill results they will not be able to have that "Company making" year they so boldly announced earlier in the year. This will be reflected therefore in the SP. Their statement therefore wasn't cautious but overstating what they achieved and coming from senior management myself, you're always always taught to under promise and over deliver.
