I would not bother. The 20 or so resolutions are all about feeding the pigs at the trough while the share price plunges to 2.9 cents and no end of the plunge in site.
If I was holding at this time, I would vote against all but 2 motions.
This looks like dropping to 2.5 cents before support kicks in. Bargain hunters.
