You glossed over the fact that they were granted an explosives licence. You can't prospect (properly) without an explosives licence. This is major and probably should have been highlighted in the report:
Subsequent to the quarter, the final explosive magazinelicense was granted by the Mines Inspectorate in Bauchi.
