Good Evening G.S...
This is a great forum for hearing opposing views..
Until recently I have been bullish about this great company, my previous posts have been positive as I appreciate the difficulties with bringing a medical device to market both in cost and timelines ..
The Apas machine and the technology behind it is second to none. Many of us have of have been true believers long before the arrival of Mr Barnes.
Do I believe that Mr Barnes, Ms Costello and Mr Mathwins intent is positive ? Yes.
Do I believe they have the skills to deliver the milestones that they have set? Unfortunately not . The reality is the majority of objectives have not been met, over the last 2 years ..(not a few)
Mr Haifer has a proven track record of producing results and has a sound business acumen. He would make an excellent interim ceo and undoubtedly keep us on track in the short term.. He has significant skin in the game as well..
Ms Guthrie’s previous unparalleled commitment to lbt and a genuine desire to see it succeed cannot be questioned.. She is a top 10 shareholder and would make an excellent board member. She is a known quantity ...Not only does she have skin in the game but several major organs. A fantastic operator..
Let’s get a micro biologist on the board, a no brainer imho. I have someone in mind but im reluctant to name names, especially in this forum..
Let’s get a ceo with a proven track record of producing results. Someone that can walk the walk as it were. Again I can think of a couple of names off the top of my head.
As with many things in life , When will things change.? When changes are made. Now is the time for change to occur, not in 12 months.
The resolutions for this years agm are imminent..
Unless things improve drastically it will. be a resounding NO to these resolutions from me and many other “considerable” share holders that I have spoken to..
I encourage other holders to give some serious thought to this.
Kind regards
Callahan
