I wonder if Bernstein or whatever his name selling his 16 mil was somewhat of a catalyst to the recent sell down, it was hardly an opportunistic time to sell some shares at the right price, an added 16 mil on the sell side cant do it any favors, and the average price of 3.8 suggests it was after the CR announcement, as it was happily sitting about 4 prior to the ann. Did he know there was a CR happening? not exactly well thought out actions IMO. Anyways, onwards and upwards.
