Yes you missed one called common sense. IMO these guys are starting to lose the plot, they should focus on the job at hand instead of diving all over the joint,especially with new acquisitions .If they don't produce the goods soon they are at risk of diluting themselves out of existence . The way they have managed their share registry is a bloody disgrace.
