Ive stated this before, CTM is one of the most manipulated stocks ive monitored. Seems like someone is dumping the price prior to any drilling permit in Brazil to keep prices low. My only concern is that CTM has way too many shared out there making it easy to accumulate.
Maybe, perhaps maybe big players are now snooping in to take position?
Well 'sell the news' is what I learnt from CTM and most definitely will follow this.
